Safeguarding
As well as taking the privacy of visitors to this site seriously, I also care about safeguarding (the protection of under 18s and at risk or vulnerable adults).
I am happy to help students as part of their education projects, and anyone else, by answering questions about Christmas. However, I am not able to just 'chat' about things.
If I have a video call with any children or vulnerable adults, I require them to be accompanied by an appropriate adult during the call.
The contact form on this site DOES NOT email Santa. However, I still get messages from children for Santa. I'm sorry but I cannot respond to these types of emails and they are deleted. If I receive information that suggests a child or vulnerable adult is at risk of harm I am required to alert the relevant authorities.
